H13 Piercing Plug for Pipe Piercing Mill is made of molybdenum titanium zirconium carbon alloy for the production of seamless steel pipe through the core rod head molybdenum alloy. Used for perforating seamless steel pipes, such as stainless steel, brazed steel, high temperature alloy steel, molybdenum and other special parts. The piercing mandrel is made of molybdenum powder FMo-1 raw material with rare earth material, which is processed by mixing, forming, shape processing, high temperature sintering and other processes. The finished product density is ≥9.4g/cm3



 



H13 steel is a hot formed tool steel, widely used for manufacturing hot-forged molds and tools. H13 comes from American standard ASTM A686/ ASTM A681, equivalent to grade 4Cr5MoSiV1 of standard GB/T 1299- 2014, or grade SKD61 of standard JIS G4401/JIS 4404, or grade X40CrMoV5-1 of standard ISO 4957.
