Sample:
Samples can be made according to your requirment,send us your detais with picture or samples.
Free samples are offered according to your order quantity. And sample fee will be returned to you after order confirm.
Regarding sample shipment, we accept if you have a Fedex, DHL, TNT freight collectable account or use our shipping forwarder and pay the shipping cost.
Every time we can ship our newest design cases together with your placed order .
How to order
If you are interested in our products and want to place an order, firstly contact us by: email sales or contact with us online by Trademanager and we will send you our price list.
After that you can make a list of the products or just show the pictures that you are interested in and send it to us so that we can prepare the Proforma Invoice with freight cost and bank account for your checking.
After you receive the Proforma Invoice you can send us the 30% depositor full payment (for small order)using Western Union or Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Once we received your full payment we will prepare your goods and ship them out within 1-2 working days for samples and about 2 weeks for quantity orders. And you need provide the following information for us.
a) Shipping information - Contact Name, Company name, Detail address, Phone number, Fax number.
b) Product information - model numbers, quantity, pictures
c) Delivery time required
d) Freight payment (by collect or prepare)
e) Or if you have own forwarder, tell me their contact details
Packing & Shipping
Payment
We accept these kinds of payments: Cash, Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union, MoneyGram, and Paypal
Cash payment is only available for the customers those can come to our office or store.
30% in advance balance before shipment. If it is only small payment, u can arrange the full payment to us
We never accept COD term and partial payment, no matter how big your order is. Please understand this.
In order to short the delivery time, please fax or email us a wire transfer copy once you settle the payment, we'll arrange production once get that copy and delivery ASAP after full payment done.
Shipping
1. Sample orders will be shipped within 1/2 working days from the receiving of the full payment.
2. Usual order: By express, DHL/ UPS/ Fedex/ EMS etc. It takes 3-5-7 working days to reach u ,and it is door to door fast service
3. Large order: By sea or By air, and it would not be the first choice, but we can do it after we discuss the details.
4. Will choose the best and convenient way for your need
5. Once we ship we will send you the tracking number on next day so that you can track your parcel online.
6. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties if applicable.
Tips: The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, seaport)

Yes, we had got enough rich experience about OEM/ODM and both customized logo & packaging are acceptable

We usually need 1-2 days to ship samples and 2 weeks for OEM orders.

Our MOQ is 500pcs, for we are factory, but it could be negotiated again if you need.
